Kavanati — Refund Policy

Kavanati is currently a free beta — you haven't paid anything, so there is nothing to refund. When paid plans launch, every purchase will come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

1. Current status: free beta

Kavanati is offered today as a free beta. There are no charges, no subscriptions, and no payments — so no refunds are applicable at this time. This policy describes how refunds will work for future paid plans (such as "Kavanati Pro"), so the rules are clear before any payment is ever taken.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

When paid plans launch, every purchase will include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date and you will receive a full refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order or licence number (from your purchase confirmation email).
Refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases.
Once approved (within the 14-day window this is automatic), the refund is issued promptly; depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few business days to appear.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription simply does not renew. After the 14-day money-back window, we do not offer refunds for the unused part of a paid period.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you retain your statutory rights (including any applicable cancellation rights) in addition to the guarantee above.

The current version of this policy is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
