NewCan you read gibberish? A 1-minute quiz, plus Key Dash and Gibberish! → Kavanati app icon

Just type. We'll handle the language.

You typed akuo.
You meant שלום.

Kavanati spots a word typed in the wrong keyboard language and fixes it before you notice: in WhatsApp, email, Word and every other app. It all runs on your computer, and no keystroke ever leaves it.

Installs from the Microsoft Store: checked by Microsoft, no security warnings.

Kavanati is young and can get a word wrong. If you hit a bug or an odd case, tell us — every report helps us a lot.

Try it yourself

Type it wrong. Watch it fix.

The real Kavanati engine, running in your browser. Nothing you type leaves the page.

Kavanati types what you meant:
The fixed text will appear here.

Sound familiar?

You know this feeling.

Probably from five minutes ago. Every wrong-layout moment steals a few seconds and a little dignity — Kavanati ends them all.

The message that made you look sloppy

You fire off a quick reply — it lands as “akuo nv guxrת”. Not a word, in any language. And now they’re watching you type it again.

The form you filled out twice

Name, email, message — typed, submitted, bounced. Half of it was gibberish. Clear it all, switch language, start again.

The search that found nothing

Zero results for “שדrקא”. Not because it doesn’t exist — because that’s not the word. Clear, switch, retype.

The paragraph you wrote twice

Head down, typing fast, in the zone. You look up: three lines of gibberish. Select all. Delete. Start over.

Why it’s different

It corrects the mistake, not you.

Automatic, everywhere

It spots the wrong layout mid-word and flips the garble to what you meant — in any app, system-wide, without being asked.

One key fixes the whole line

Typed a full sentence before you noticed? Double-tap Ctrl (Windows) or press ⌘P (Mac) — the entire line flips at once.

Careful by design

It never touches password fields and never rewrites text you got right. Ctrl+Z undoes a fix instantly, and a word you undo twice with the fix shortcut is protected for good.

One tool, everywhere you type

WhatsApp arguments, work email, code, a search box at 2 a.m. — Kavanati covers the whole system, not one app at a time.

Privacy

Nothing leaves your machine.

What you type stays between your keyboard and your screen. Kavanati works like a spell-checker, not a cloud service — all local, in memory.

100% on-device

Detection and correction run entirely on your computer. No keystroke is sent or logged. The only words kept are ones you protect or that it learns as your vocabulary, in a local settings file you can clear.

It’s not a keylogger. And you can check.

To fix a word, Kavanati has to know which keys you pressed, like any spell-checker. Each word is checked in memory and then forgotten: never sent, never collected. On its own the app asks the internet one thing, “is there a new version?” (paid plans also verify their license), and any firewall will confirm it.

Passwords are off-limits

Fields your system marks as password fields are skipped entirely: Kavanati doesn’t read, store or fix what you type there.

For teams & organizations

Everyone on your team types in two languages. Nobody should have to type twice.

Kavanati saves every bilingual employee the day’s akuo moments, in every app, with nothing leaving their computer. Organizations get their own plan.

Privacy IT can approve

No cloud, no accounts, nothing typed is sent. A security overview is ready for your IT team.

Easy to start

On Windows it’s one file, with no installer and no admin rights. IT sets the license key once (Group Policy, Intune or MDM) and every computer activates itself.

One license, one invoice

One key for the whole team, from ₪25 per computer a month, billed yearly, cheaper at volume. Start with a free 30-day pilot.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Does Kavanati read my passwords?
No. Fields that Windows and macOS mark as password fields are skipped entirely: Kavanati doesn’t read, store or fix what you type there. And nothing you type, anywhere, is ever sent from your computer.
Is it a keylogger?
No. A keylogger records what you type and sends it to someone. Kavanati uses the same keyboard access every spell-checker uses, but checks each word in memory and forgets it; the only words it keeps are your personal vocabulary, in a local file you can clear. Nothing is sent, and no typed text is logged. On its own it only asks kavanati.com whether there’s a new version (paid plans also verify their license). For IT teams: the security overview.
Does it work in every app?
Yes, it’s system-wide: messaging, browsers, search boxes, Word, email, code editors. Anywhere you type.
What if it fixes something I actually meant?
Press Ctrl+Z (⌘Z on Mac) right after the fix and you get back exactly what you typed. To stop a word from being fixed at all, undo it with the fix shortcut (double-tap Ctrl, Pause or ⌘P): the first time, Kavanati leaves that word alone for the rest of the session; the second time, it’s protected for good. You can review protected words in the menu.
Which keyboard layouts does it work with?
The standard Hebrew keyboard layout on Windows and Mac, together with English. With phonetic (Hebrew-QWERTY) or other non-standard Hebrew layouts, automatic fixing is paused for now, so correct text is never flipped by mistake.
Which languages does it support?
Hebrew ↔ English today. Arabic and Russian are in development. Vote for the next language.
Is it safe to install?
Yes. On Windows, install it from the Microsoft Store: Microsoft reviews every version, there’s no security warning, and the Store keeps it updated. The direct download, for computers without the Store, isn’t code-signed yet: the first time you open it Windows shows a blue SmartScreen screen (click More info, then Run anyway), and a strict company policy may block it. On Mac, the app is signed and notarized by Apple: drag it to Applications, open it and approve two permissions. Either way, everything runs on your computer. IT teams: see the security overview.
How much does it cost?
It’s free to start: new users get 7 days of unlimited use, then 15 automatic fixes a day, and manual fixes are always unlimited. Pro (₪149 once, for up to 3 of your computers) removes the daily limit and adds the personal dictionary. Beta users get 30% off Pro (₪104). See pricing.
Can my team or company use it?
Yes. The Business license covers 5 to 1,000 computers with one key, from ₪25 per computer a month, billed yearly, cheaper at volume, and teams can start with a free 30-day pilot. Kavanati for teams.
Why does a fix sometimes come two or three words late?
Some short words are real in both languages (cut is also בוא, no is also מם), so Kavanati doesn't guess on them. It waits for a word that settles which language you're typing, then fixes the whole run at once. That's on purpose: a wrong guess would change words you meant. In a hurry? Select the text and press the fix shortcut. That manual fix is free and unlimited on every plan, forever.

About the blue screen on Windows: Kavanati is new, independent software, and Windows shows this screen for any app that is still building its reputation. It isn’t a warning about a problem. The macOS build is signed and notarized by Apple.
