- Windows 10 and 11: one portable file. No installer and no admin rights; it runs per user and starts with Windows.
- Mac (macOS 12+, Intel and Apple Silicon): signed and notarized by Apple. Each user approves Accessibility and Input Monitoring once.
- Each computer enters your team's license key once: Plan → Enter license key.
- Updates download in the background and are checked against the release's SHA-256 hash before they're applied.

How do we get an invoice?
Checkout is run by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, and Paddle issues the invoice for your purchase. Need a quote, a purchase order or payment by bank transfer? Send the form above and we'll arrange it.
How do we deploy it?
Today, each computer runs the app and enters your team's license key once (Plan → Enter license key). On Windows it's one portable file with no installer and no admin rights; on Mac it's a notarized app that asks for two permissions. An MSI installer and central deployment with Intune or Group Policy are planned.
What does Kavanati send over the network?
Nothing your team types. Typing is processed in memory on each computer. The app contacts kavanati.com only to check for updates, to verify its license, and when someone chooses to send feedback. The full list, with what each request contains, is in our security overview.
Will our antivirus or EDR flag it?
Possibly. To fix wrong-layout typing, Kavanati watches the keyboard, a technique some EDR tools flag on behavior alone. The Windows build isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen or Smart App Control may warn about it or block it the first time. The security overview lists the exact file names, paths and network endpoints to allow-list, and we're happy to answer your security team's questions.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide: buy the Business license for the computers you want to keep, or stop. Nothing is charged automatically, and when the pilot key ends the app simply returns to the free plan.
Can we mix Windows and Mac?
Yes. One license key works on both, and each computer counts once.
