Kavanati for call centers: fast typing without the wrong-layout stalls

,usv rcv becomes תודה רבה, רקכומג becomes refund), in whatever CRM or help-desk tool the team uses, and runs locally on each agent computer. The actual pain
It is not a typing-skill problem; it is the pause. The agent finishes an English ticket note, the customer writes back in Hebrew, and the reply starts as akuo. Agents see it, delete it, switch the language, type it again. On a single message it costs a few seconds; across a team and a shift it is a steady drip, and it hurts most on live chat where the customer watches the typing indicator. Search fields fail the same way: a customer name typed in the wrong layout returns "no results".
| Where you are | What you wanted | What came out |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat reply | שלום | akuo |
| Live chat reply | תודה רבה | ,usv rcv |

| Ticket tags | refund | רקכומג |
| Chat to the customer | thanks | אישמלד |
What Kavanati does about it
1. The fix happens while you keep typing
When you finish a word that is clearly wrong-layout typing, Kavanati deletes it, retypes it in the intended language and switches the keyboard, so the next words come out right. No hotkey, no stopping. Real words, including English product names inside a Hebrew sentence, are left alone.
2. It works in any CRM or help-desk tool
Zendesk, Salesforce, a web CRM, a desktop dialer, a chat console: it listens at the keyboard, so there is no integration to build or maintain. You can set individual programs to English-only, Hebrew-only or off in Per-app rules.
3. Agents stay in control
Ctrl+Z right after a fix restores what was typed. Undo the same word twice and it is protected; manual flipping of a selection (Pause or a double Ctrl) is free and unlimited.
4. Customer data does not travel
Detection runs on the agent computer. What agents type, customer names and case details included, is not sent to us or to anyone. Only the update check and the license check touch the network.
For the operations or IT manager
- One key for every seat. A Business key covers N computers, activated silently, with no per-agent sign-in. Useful when seats are shared across shifts.
- Silent deployment. The key is set by registry policy (pushable with Group Policy or Intune), a license file or an MDM profile, so it can go into the standard image. The deployment guide has the steps and the switch that turns off self-update when you control the rollout.
- Privacy and security review. Everything is local and there is no cloud account for typed text. The security page covers what the app does, so your security team can check it themselves.
- Price. Business is from ₪25 per computer per month, billed yearly, cheaper at volume. Organizations get a free 30-day pilot, a good way to try it on one team first.
What it does not do
It does not listen to calls, read screens or record conversations; it only watches keystrokes locally to fix Hebrew ↔ English typing. It does not check spelling or write replies. On a remote, virtual or thin-client desktop, it must be installed on the side where the agent types.
